Prior to joining Passenger, Steve served as Senior Vice President of EarthLink's Voice Business and managed the national rollout of EarthLink's voice products. As part of that he led a $50 million investment in Covad to build the largest DSL 2+ network in the US and built a nationwide VoIP infrastructure in fewer than nine months.

Before joining EarthLink, Howe was an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company, where he was a leader in the North American Growth Practice and North American Service Operations Practice.

Howe received his BA Magna Cum Laude in History from Harvard College and an MA with Honors in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Brasenose College, Oxford University. Steve lives in Westwood with his wife Amy, sons Grant and Luke and two very silly basset hounds.

Tom brings to Passenger an established track record in business development through over 20 years of experience in digital marketing industry. He has led teams at technology, digital media and market research companies to successful new client acquisitions including BMW, Capital One, Clorox, Electronic Arts, EMC, Forest Laboratories, Glaxo SmithKline, Johnson & Johnson, JP Morgan Chase, Nike, Polo Ralph Lauren, Schering Plough and Verizon.

Before joining Passenger, Tom served as CEO of Real Time Content (RTC), a pioneer in interactive video. Prior to RTC, he was Executive Vice President of Marketing Services at Blast Radius, a WPP company and leader in developing social media campaigns and experiences. As the Vice President, Business Development of online media agency Avenue A/Razorfish for over six years, Tom played an integral role in the growth of Avenue A prior to its consolidation with Razorfish. While in this position, he drove new business and added leading brands to the client roster including AstraZeneca, Capital One, Starwood Hotels and Victoria’s Secret.

Jason bring to Passenger more than 15 years of corporate development, finance and administration experience for some of the most recognized names in digital media and entertainment.  Jason joined Passenger in 2007 from Ripple Networks, where he was Vice President of Finance and Administration.  Prior to Ripple Networks Jason held positions as Director of International Finance - Home Entertainment at The Walt Disney Company and Director of Domestic Finance - Home Entertainment at Metro Goldwyn Mayer.  He has also held leadership positions with Electronic Arts, Business.com, Opus 360 Corp and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Richard is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in creation and execution of strategies for early stage businesses in new media, as well as the television, cable, satellite, and radio industries. He has served as the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of Traffic.com. He also served as a Senior Vice President at Prime Ticket Networks and the Managing General Partner at WHCT television. Prior to that, Mr. Ramirez worked at NBC in the International Strategy and Business Development group, at the TV Stations division of Viacom, and as a Senior Vice President of the TV Stations Group at Univision. He was a Principal at RPR Media Consultants, working with major media clients including NBC, King World Entertainment, Baker Capital, and BG/Media Investors.

Specializing in identifying opportunities through acquisitions, mergers, and joint ventures, Mr. Ramirez also produced projects for broadcast and cable TV plus MMDS and DBS systems. He has served as the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of Mobility Technologies, where he oversaw the development and implementation of Mobility TechnologiesSM Web-based applications for business, consumer, and government use.

Jas brings to Passenger eleven years of CEO experience and twelve years of Fortune 100 executive leadership, management consulting, and venture capital experience.  Demonstrated accomplishments in building and leading high-performance teams in diverse functional roles - general management, business development, mergers and acquisitions, sales, marketing, product management, strategic planning, and finance.  Very strong track record in raising capital, delivering solutions, establishing/ managing long term executive level client relationships, and negotiating complex sales/partnership deals.  Focused on driving revenue, business development, and managing P&L.  Pioneered two successful Software as a Service ventures in the Business Social Networking and Enterprise Collaboration spaces. The ZeroDegrees venture was acquired within 13 months of launch by InterActiveCorp, providing investors with a 10x return on invested capital.  Proven ability to translate opportunities into results with a minimum of support and resources. Most recently Mr. Dhillon was responsible for Internet business strategy at Taser International and also GM of Evidence.Com, a cloud based enterprise class evidentiary video management service, developed and launched in record time (14 months) under his leadership.  Immediately prior to joining Taser International Mr. Dhillon was one of five key Executives at Microsoft Office Live (MSOL) and responsible for product innovation strategy, business development, and acquisitions/partnerships for Business Social Networking, Sales and Marketing Offers Platform, and Unmanaged Communications Services platforms.

Tim brings 20+ years of client management and marketing experience to Passenger. Previously, Tim was SVP of Global Marketing Services at Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment. He has also held senior marketing and advertising leadership positions with Mattel and Leo Burnett.

Early in his career Tim was an Army Officer where he served as a company commander, Cobra attack helicopter pilot and Airborne Ranger. He currently resides in Manhattan Beach with his wife Kate and their three children.

Tim received a BS from West Point and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
